Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a Customer Support Representative at Adelaide Airport to support Toyota Fleet Management customers and the sales team. You will respond to enquiries, coordinate fleet requirements and provide proactive sales support to drive satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to analyse information and create presentations.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate vehicle quotations and convert opportunities into orders and contracts within service standards.
Manage the full vehicle lifecycle including new orders, renewals, vehicle replacements and end-of-lease activities.
Partner with dealers and internal stakeholders to coordinate deliveries and ensure seamless customer experiences.
