Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a Customer Support Representative for a 12-month max term role based at Altona North. You’ll respond to customer inquiries, coordinate fleet needs and provide proactive sales support to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

You’ll build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, manage quotes and orders, and support the regional sales team with exceptional service in a trusted, brand-leading environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the regional sales team to achieve business growth and deliver exceptional customer outcomes across a portfolio of corporate fleet clients.
• Prepare accurate vehicle quotations and efficiently convert opportunities into orders and contracts within agreed service standards.
• Build trusted customer relationships, providing proactive support, reporting and tailored fleet solutions that drive retention and growth.
• Manage the full vehicle lifecycle, including new orders, contract renewals, vehicle replacements, registrations and end-of-lease activities.
• Partner with dealers and internal stakeholders to secure competitive pricing, coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and customer value through portfolio reviews, data insights and value-added products and services.
• Support our customers by being their first contact point on phone and via email, by understanding internal/external stakeholder processes and policies.
• Provide administrative support to the team by undertaking ad hoc and set-cadence tasks.
• Apply a kaizen mindset to the role, looking for ways to improve processes and identify gaps.
