Toyota Finance Australia is recruiting a Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional service to Toyota customers and the sales team. You will respond to inquiries, coordinate fleet requirements and provide proactive support to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

This 12-month max-term role is based at Altona North, with opportunities to build relationships, manage the vehicle lifecycle and collaborate with dealers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer

Responsabilidades

• Support regional sales team to achieve growth and customer outcomes across a portfolio of corporate fleet clients.
• Prepare accurate vehicle quotations and convert opportunities into orders and contracts within agreed service standards.
• Build trusted customer relationships, providing proactive support, reporting and tailored fleet solutions that drive retention and growth.
• Manage the full vehicle lifecycle, including new orders, contract renewals, vehicle replacements, registrations and end-of-lease activities.
• Partner with dealers and internal stakeholders to secure competitive pricing, coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and customer value through portfolio reviews, data insights and value-added products and services.
• Support our customers by being their first contact point on phone and via email, by understanding internal/external stakeholder processes and policies.
• Provide administrative support to the team by undertaking ad hoc and set-cadence tasks.
• Applying a kaizen mindset to the role, looking for way to improve processes and identify gaps.
