Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a Customer Support Representative at Altona North. You will respond to customer inquiries, coordinate fleet requirements, and provide proactive sales support to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

This is a relationship-focused role within a collaborative team at a trusted brand. You will support the regional sales team, prepare vehicle quotations, manage orders and contracts, and help optimise processes.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Support the regional sales team to achieve business growth and deliver exceptional customer outcomes across a portfolio of corporate fleet clients.
• Prepare accurate vehicle quotations and convert opportunities into orders within service standards.
• Manage the full vehicle lifecycle including new orders, renewals, replacements, registrations and end-of-lease activities.
• Collaborate with dealers and internal stakeholders to secure competitive pricing and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Provide administrative support and look for process improvements in the workflow.
