YTO Australia is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee daily transportation operations and ensure our fleet runs smoothly. This role suits an organized, hands-on professional with experience in logistics or fleet management.

You will plan schedules, manage driver rosters, monitor GPS and route logs, and drive improvements in efficiency, safety, and compliance. Join a growing team focused on reliable service for business and individual clients across Australia.

Formación

• Proven experience in logistics, transport, or fleet coordination.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with drivers, service providers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery and transport schedules to ensure timely service.
• Maximize vehicle utilization and minimize idle time.
• Monitor driver routes, trip logs and GPS tracking for performance.
• Create driver rosters and allocate transport resources.
• Supervise drivers to maintain safety, compliance and professionalism.
• Manage vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections as per maintenance schedules.
• Ensure registration, insurance and safety requirements are met.
• Track fleet costs and report on utilisation and productivity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and other teams to align fleet capacity.
