WHITEPAGE CONSULTANCY PTY LTD in Salisbury, QLD is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to coordinate a busy vehicle and driver roster. You will translate client requests into practical schedules, track availability, and ensure timely pickups, returns, and deliveries.

You will manage servicing, registrations, insurance claims, and fuel arrangements, while keeping paperwork audit-ready. The role requires strong organisation, clear communication with clients and suppliers, and the ability to adapt

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in fleet/transport management.
• Excellent scheduling and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication with clients, drivers and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Take client bookings and match with vehicle/driver availability to create daily/weekly plans.
• Coordinate vehicle pickups, returns, and on-the-ground execution of schedules.
• Explain hire and pricing terms to clients and manage their responsibilities under the agreement.
• Handle complaints promptly and fairly and resolve issues.
• Oversee servicing, repairs, tyres and safety inspections for the fleet.
• Organise registrations, insurance, accident claims and related paperwork.
• Lead supplier comparisons for new/replacement vehicles and fuel arrangements.
• Prepare weekly/monthly utilization and cost reports for management.
• Support drivers with inductions, licences checks and pre-start checks.
• Monitor fleet spending and advocate for efficiency improvements.
