About The Role…

This position is responsible for providing approvals to authorized service repairers of passenger, commercial vehicles, and equipment nationwide. The role involves managing maintenance costs incurred after vehicle delivery, providing accurate information, and resolving daily operational queries within agreed timeframes.

• Approve maintenance and repair requests from suppliers.
• Ensure services meet manufacturer requirements.
• Oversee repairs in compliance with CoR and Health and Safety standards.
• Collaborate with external suppliers to support and enhance EVO portal usage.
• Assist customers with maintenance inquiries.

About The Role…

Your Days Will Involve…

A Little Bit About You

• Qualified Diesel Mechanic
• Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with good listening and probing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful, persistent, and responsible

Note: You MUST be a licensed heavy vehicle mechanic to qualify for this role.
