Fleetcare is Australia’s largest independent Fleet Management solutions provider. Based at our Bella Vista office in Sydney, the role coordinates the delivery of a broad range of vehicles, managing the customer journey from order to delivery with close collaboration across suppliers and dealers.

You will liaise with sales teams, financiers and dealerships to facilitate settlement and delivery, provide timely customer updates, and ensure accurate records.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Disciplined and organized, with strong deadline management.
• Keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving ability.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Willing to learn new skills and adapt to processes.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all vehicle order processes (purchase orders, tax invoices, updates).
• Liaise with sales teams, financiers, and dealerships to facilitate settlement and delivery.
• Communicate delivery details to customers to ensure a stress-free experience.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, minimizing delays.
• Provide first-class customer service and resolve issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
