Job summary

Jet Couriers in Northmead (Sydney) is seeking a Fleet Allocator to join our expanding team. You will coordinate despatches, plan routes, and ensure deliveries hit their targets while supporting drivers and clients with a positive approach.

This hands-on role suits problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and seek clear progression within an Aussie-owned company offering state-of-the-art transport tech and a Monday–Friday roster.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen eye for detail and puzzle-solving abilities.
• Experience in the transport/courier industry is highly valued.
• Valid Australian driver’s license and full working rights.
• Able to learn quickly and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Despatching and mapping out optimal delivery routes for the fleet.
• Serve as the primary communicator between drivers and clients, providing excellent support.
• Utilise our transport technology platform to monitor and optimise movements.
• Assist with depot operations when required; adapt to changing priorities.
• Bring energy, reliability and attention to detail to the team daily.

Qualifications and Experience:

• You're a fantastic communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills.
• You’ve got a keen eye for detail and love solving puzzles.
• You have experience in the transport/courier industry (same-day courier experience is a huge plus!). Maybe you hae been an adhoc, point to point courier driver for a while. That's a step!
• You hold a valid Australian driver’s license.
• You have full Australian working rights.
• You’re a quick learner with a “can-do” attitude and you’re ready to hit the ground running!
