Job summary

Unyte is seeking a proactive Allocator to coordinate daily truck and driver allocations across multiple projects from our Brendale office in Brisbane's north. You will manage schedules, maximise fleet utilisation, and ensure safety, compliance and strong customer service.

The role requires experience in transport allocation or logistics coordination, with knowledge of CoR/NHVR and fatigue management. This is a permanent full-time position with the team values and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous Transport Allocator/Fleet Allocator/Logistics Coordinator experience.
• Knowledge of CoR, NHVR and fatigue management.
• Scheduling systems experience.

• Engage subcontractors.
• Liaise with workshop teams.

About The Role

As our Allocator, you'll coordinate the day-to-day allocation of trucks and drivers across multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and customer service.

Roster:

• Week 1: 5:00am – 3:00pm
• Week 2: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Occasional Saturday operational support from home on a rotating basis.
