Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced AM Fleet Allocator to join its Victorian Operations team in Melbourne. You will co-allocate a fleet of around 50 drivers daily, rising to 60 in peak, across LTL and FTL networks in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

You will own DIFOT and overtime performance on your shift, monitor live operations, coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams and customers, and ensure CoR/NHVAS compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in refrigerated transport allocation.
• LTL and FTL experience is highly regarded.
• Solid knowledge of CoR, NHVAS and transport compliance.
• Experience using a TMS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
• Calm, clear communication across all levels.
• Reliable, accountable approach to an early shift.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach new drivers and team members.

Our client is a leading provider of refrigerated transport and cold storage across Australia, partnering with some of the country's best known food and beverage brands. Due to continued demand, they are seeking an experienced AM Fleet Allocator to join their Victorian Operations team in Melbourne. This is a hands-on role where you will co-allocate a fleet of around 50 drivers daily, rising to 60 in peak, across LTL and FTL networks. It's a fast-paced, phone-on environment suited to someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys being at the centre of the action.
