Job summary

Australian Native Landscapes NSW is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage our fleet of company and subcontract drivers delivering bulk landscape products across Sydney and regional NSW. You will maximise fleet utilisation to meet demand and work closely with production, sales, and management to achieve customer requirements.

You will also oversee driver recruitment, compliance with NHVR & CoR, and ensure high standards of appearance and service while maintaining close

Australian Native Landscapes Pty Ltd is the leader in Horticultural manufacture and distribution on the East Coast of Australia. ANL has the assets necessary to address the challenges of a new world and currently employs over 300 team members with horticultural production facilities and landscape supply sites and nurseries throughout Sydney, Central West and Northern NSW.

About this role

Drawing upon your allocating experience, you will manage a fleet of company and subcontract Rigids, T&D, Walking Floor, A/B doubles delivering bulk landscape and horticultural products both within Sydney and regional NSW.

You will maximise the utilisation of the fleet to compliment business and customer demand.

You will work closely with production, sales, divisional managers and external customers to achieve customer requirements.

You will manage driver requirements and will work closely with the workshop manager to ensure your fleet remains at a high level of compliance and appearance at all times and you will assist in the recruitment process of all new drivers

Duties include

Coordinate and pre-schedule all logistics both internal transfers of products and customer orders utilising the internal Load-Share® program (training will be provided).

Schedule fleet servicing and repairs.

Invoicing clients.

Ensure fleet are legally weight compliant when leaving and entering the site.

Comply with all NHVR & CoR legislation.

Work closely with office staff and Management.

As the role also deals with inbound telephone calls across the company's broad horticultural, commercial & residential landscape and building & civil contractor client base it would be highly desirable to have experience in either the landscape or building sectors.
