Job summary

Australian Native Landscapes NSW is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage our fleet of company and subcontract drivers delivering bulk landscape products across Sydney and regional NSW. You will maximise fleet utilisation to meet demand and work closely with production, sales, and management to achieve customer requirements.

You will also oversee driver recruitment, compliance with NHVR & CoR, and ensure high standards of appearance and service while maintaining close

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and pre-schedule logistics for internal transfers and customer orders using Load-Share program.
• Schedule fleet servicing and repairs.
• Invoicing clients.
• Ensure fleet compliance with weight restrictions when leaving/entering site.
• Comply with NHVR and CoR legislation.
• Collaborate with office staff and Management.
