Job summary

BCS Workshop Automotive Service Centre in Mulgrave VIC is seeking a Fleet Sales Executive to lead our fleet sales initiatives and win new fleet customers. You will help move servicing and repairs to our workshop, building strong relationships with fleet owners and managers.

Responsibilities include presenting our fleet servicing offer, preparing quotes, scheduling fleet bookings with the workshop team, and following up to retain and grow accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or service sectors is essential.
• Track record in B2B sales or account management, ideally with van/light commercial clients.
• Strong understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs or willingness to learn.
• Confident communicator with cold-calling and field visiting ability.
• Reliable, organised and professional approach.

Fleet Sales Executive – Automotive Industry (Mulgrave)

BCS Workshop Automotive Service Centre – Mulgrave VIC

You will be our dedicated fleet sales contact, finding new fleet customers and helping them move their servicing and repairs to us.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach small to medium businesses such as trades, couriers, delivery, cleaning, hire and service companies


• Build relationships with owners, fleet managers and office managers


• Present our fleet servicing offer


• Prepare quotes within pricing guidelines set by the owner


• Work with our workshop team to schedule fleet bookings and keep customers informed


• Follow up regularly with existing fleet customers to retain and grow the account


• Keep simple records of leads, quotes and outcomes

About you

• Automotive industry experience is essential, for example workshop service advisor, parts sales, dealership, fleet or leasing, or commercial vehicle sales


• Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally with existing contacts in the van and light commercial space


• Good understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs, or a strong willingness to learn


• Confident communicator, comfortable cold-calling and visiting businesses


• Reliable, organised and professional


• Own vehicle and a current Victorian driver's licence

BCS Workshop is a well-established car service and repair workshop in Mulgrave. We look after everything from routine servicing, tyres and wheel alignments through to diagnostics and major repairs, for passenger vehicles, prestige European cars and commercial vans. We are now growing our business-to-business side and are looking for someone to build and manage relationships with local fleet customers.
