Emerson is seeking a Flame and Gas Business Development Manager to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead solution selling, engage with customers, and develop channel partnerships to deliver sustainable business growth.

The role collaborates with end users, EPCs, consultants, and distributors across ANZ. You will manage opportunities from discovery through proposal and negotiation, forecast pipelines, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery and safety

Qualificações

• Experience in business development or technical sales within industrial automation or similar environment.
• Experience managing complex opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing and supporting channel partners or indirect sales networks.
• Experience engaging with end users, EPCs, consultants, and system integrators.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with end users, EPCs, consultants, system integrators, and channel partners.
• Engage customers early to understand operational challenges and objectives.
• Design and position Flame and Gas solutions with technical and commercial teams.
• Lead strategic pursuits, proposals, and negotiations for key opportunities.
• Own ANZ channel partner growth strategy and performance management.
• Identify opportunities across projects, expansions, upgrades, and replacements.
• Maintain sales pipeline and forecast using Emerson CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to shape commercial strategy.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, operations, and product management for delivery.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental excellence in all interactions.
