Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Joondanna is seeking a Centre Director for a fixed-term 12‑month contract starting January 2027. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality early education, manage daily operations, and ensure alignment with NQS and EYLF.

You will influence curriculum delivery, mentor Educators, and greet families with warmth, while building community partnerships across Western Australia.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience as a Centre Director in an ECEC setting.
• Current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Proven leadership abilities and team growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with children and team at the heart of decisions.
• Oversee curriculum and pedagogical documentation with support from partners and Operations Manager.
• Deliver high-quality tours and orientations to families and potential families.
• Engage with the local community and build genuine connections with families.
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.

About You:

• An ACECQA-approved DiplomaofEarly Childhood Education, or above
• Prior experience as a Centre Director in an Early Childhood setting
• Current State relevant Working with Children's Check,Police Check + PRODA
• Current Child Protection Training and National Child Safety Training
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experienceengaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators
• Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.
