Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Robina is seeking an experienced educator with a strong leadership mindset to champion quality education and care. You will oversee classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation with support from our NLRDP Partners and Operations Support Manager, while actively engaging with local families and the community.

The role requires an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher, current Working with Children Check, Police Check, PRODA, and First

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher is required.
• Current Working with Children Check, Police Check and PRODA.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Live and embed Green Leaves Commitments in daily practice.
• Run smooth day-to-day operations prioritising children and team.
• Deliver high-quality tours and orientations to families.
• Build connections with local families and networks.
• Oversee classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation with support.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract Educators.

About You:

• An ACECQA-approved DiplomaofEarly Childhood Education, or above
• Current State relevant Working with Children’s Check,Police Check + PRODA
• Current Child Protection Training and National Child Safety Training
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experienceengaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators
• Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.
