Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Robina is seeking an Educator Leader to champion our commitments and oversee curriculum and pedagogical documentation. You will work with our NLRDP Partners and Operations Support Manager to drive quality education and care.

You will lead a team of Educators, maintain compliance with the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework, and collaborate with a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract future educators.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education, or above.
• Current State Working with Children’s Check, Police Check + PRODA.
• Current Child Protection Training and National Child Safety Training
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Leadership abilities with proven experience engaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators
• Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.

About You:
