Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Robina is seeking an experienced educator leader to champion our commitments and embed a culture of welcome, connection, kindness, and excellence in everyday practice. You will oversee curriculum delivery with support from our NLRDP Partners and Operations Support Manager, ensuring high-quality early education for children.

Work with a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract the next generation of Educator superheroes, collaborate with the Centre Leadership

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education or higher.
• Current Working with Children’s Check, Police Check and PRODA.
• Current Child Protection Training and National Child Safety Training.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Leadership abilities with proven experience growing a team of Educators.
• Strong knowledge of applicable systems (e.g., Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook, ISS).

Responsibilities

• Run smooth and efficient day-to-day operations while putting children and the team at the heart of everything.
• Create memorable experiences by greeting families with warmth and delivering high-quality tours and orientations.
• Be part of the local community by building genuine connections with families and networks.
• Use knowledge of regulations including NQS and EYLF in everyday practice.
• Oversee curriculum and pedagogical documentation with support from NLRDP Partners and Operations Support Manager.
• Work with Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract Educator superheroes.

About You:

• An ACECQA-approved DiplomaofEarly Childhood Education, or above
• Current State relevant Working with Children’s Check,Police Check + PRODA
