Green Leaves Early Learning Centres Pty seeks an Assistant Director to support the Centre Director in daily operations and lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality programs. You will mentor staff and work with partners on pedagogy, wellbeing, and inclusion.

With a warm, welcoming culture, this role focuses on facilitating strong relationships with families and children, and driving continuous improvement across the centre.

Qualifications

• Must have ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification.
• Experience as an Assistant Director preferred.
• Current Working with Children Check (state-relevant).
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• National Police Clearance obtained within the last 6 months.
• Proda ID and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
• Must be available for rotating shifts 6:30 am–6:30 pm, Mon–Fri.

About You:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Director
• Knowledge and experience with QikKids and StoryPark (or similar equivalent platforms)
• A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
• Current and State-relevant Working with Children's Check
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months
• Proda ID and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
