Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Centres is seeking a Centre Director to lead a Rockhampton site with relocation assistance. You will drive day-to-day operations, embrace our commitments, and foster warm interactions with families while maintaining high standards of care and education.

You will partner with an Educational Leader and Centre Administrator, oversee curriculum and documentation, and work closely with a Talent Acquisition Specialist to grow a strong team within a supportive leadership

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education or higher.
• Current Working with Children’s Check, Police Check plus PRODA.
• Current Child Protection Training and National Child Safety Training.
• Completion of required child protection courses (CHCPRT025/001/026/002 or CHCECE057) or willingness to obtain before commencement.
• Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience growing a team of educators.
• Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract Educator talent.

About You:

• An ACECQA-approved DiplomaofEarly Childhood Education, or above
• Current State relevant Working with Children’s Check,Police Check + PRODA
• Current Child Protection Training and National Child Safety Training
• Additional Child Protection Training, in line with section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Queensland Government. Completion of 1 of the following courses will ensure compliance; CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002 or CHCECE057 (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
• Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experienceengaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators
• Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.
