Augusta Motor Company, part of One SMG Group, is seeking a Fixed Operations Manager to lead the Service and Parts Departments in Port Augusta. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive performance, develop teams and enhance customer satisfaction in a key leadership role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading automotive service teams and service operations.
• Strong financial acumen and commercial insight.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, budgets and team performance.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Service and Parts teams.
• Drive productivity, profitability and operational performance.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs and departmental results.
• Improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee warranty, compliance and manufacturer requirements.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
• Work closely with the dealership leadership team to achieve business objectives.
