Job summary

Brisbane Isuzu is seeking an experienced Fixed Operations Manager to lead Service, Workshop and Parts across Archerfield and Stapylton. You will drive profitability, customer experience and productivity in a hands-on leadership role within the heavy automotive sector.

You will balance operations, labour efficiency and parts sales growth while developing managers and ensuring safety compliance across sites. HR licence and trade automotive background are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in automotive operations.
• Experience leading Service, Workshop and Parts functions.
• Strong knowledge of dealership and workshop operations.
• Strong understanding of labour productivity, utilisation and profitability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• HR licence and a trade qualification or strong technical background.

Responsibilities

• Lead fixed operations across Archerfield and Stapylton for Service, Workshop and Parts.
• Drive workshop productivity, labour utilisation, warranty recovery and efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets and profitability.
• Collaborate with Parts Managers and Service teams to improve workflow and turnaround times.
• Identify opportunities to increase service and parts revenue and customer retention.
• Engage with key account customers to capture growth opportunities.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, training and succession planning.
• Ensure WHS and environmental compliance and drive KPI-based corrective actions.
