Qualifikationen

• Experience in a pastry kitchen, ideally hotel or fine-dining.
• Foundational proficiency in classical and modern pastry techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and refined presentation.
• Genuine passion for luxury patisserie and craftsmanship.
• Work ethic, continuous improvement, and reliability.
• Willingness to work 7-day rotating roster (early mornings, late finishes, weekends/holidays).

• Produce and bake premium breakfast pastries to five-star standards.
• Set up and maintain breakfast buffet presentation at Cliveden Restaurant.
• Plan and deliver breakfast operations for high-profile events and banquets.
• Prepare gluten-free breakfast stations with strict food safety.
• Maintain buffet presentation and manage replenishment.
• Prepare refined desserts for restaurant and banquet service.
• Support pastry mise en place for restaurant and banquet operations.
• Assist in producing luxury cakes, pastries, and bakery items.
