Job summary

With a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie, you will bring a passion for pastry, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie completed or in progress.
• Passion for pastry and luxury hospitality.
• Previous pastry kitchen or hotel experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily pastry preparation and presentation of desserts, breads and pastries.
• Support service across restaurants, banquets, Club Lounge, afternoon tea and events.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency and cleanliness; follow safety standards.
