Goodlife Health Clubs in Queensland is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants (MSC) to energise the club, welcome members, generate leads and close memberships. You’ll be the first point of contact, delivering friendly, personalised tours and presentations that motivate people to start their fitness journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a sales focus.
• Ability to build rapport and influence potential members.
• First Aid & CPR certificates are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and prospects, driving club memberships.
• Conduct sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Generate leads through referrals and community engagement.
• Support member retention through ongoing service and follow-ups.
• Open/close the club as per roster and support daily operations.
