Job summary

Crystal Fire Services is seeking a Fire Services Scheduler for our Brookvale, NSW office on a full-time hybrid basis. You will manage scheduling for fire service teams, coordinate resources, and ensure timely service delivery to clients. Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or dispatch coordination, preferably in fire protection or facilities management.
• Excellent organisation and time management with multi-tasking ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.
• Attention to detail in records, data management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain scheduling systems for fire service personnel, equipment, and resources across locations.
• Process service requests and schedule appointments to utilise resources effectively.
• Coordinate with field teams and clients to confirm details and adapt to changes.
• Monitor ongoing service calls and emergencies to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of scheduled services, dispatches, and allocations.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve scheduling conflicts and improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports on scheduling activities, metrics, and resource use for management.
• Handle ad-hoc scheduling requests and provide flexibility during peak periods.
• Support general office duties including data entry and filing.
