Job summary

All Aussie Fire is seeking a highly organised Fire Services Scheduler / Service Coordinator to join our Moorebank team. You will schedule routine fire service work, coordinate technicians, manage bookings and keep customers informed to ensure timely service.

Ideal candidates will have scheduling/administration experience, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, service coordination or administration
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Confidently communicate with customers and technicians

Responsibilities

• Scheduling routine fire service, testing and maintenance works
• Coordinating technicians and allocating jobs based on location, availability and workload
• Managing customer bookings and confirming appointments
• Liaising with clients, strata managers and property managers
• Communicating daily schedules and job requirements to technicians
• Monitoring progress and adjusting schedules as needed
• Managing urgent or emergency service requests
• Coordinating after-hours call outs when required
• Maintaining accurate customer, site and job information in systems
• Assisting operations with general administration and coordination
