Qualifications

• Experience in the Fire Services Industry or related field.
• Experience in the collation and submission of Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS).
• Proficient with scheduling software and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out operational planning and scheduling of all maintenance tasks.
• Allocate schedules efficiently based on urgency, technician availability, and location.
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain scheduling software and job logs.
• Communicate with customers to confirm schedules and gather job details.
• Act as the communication bridge between office, field and customer.
• Create and submit quotations and AFSS documentation.
• Complete additional administrative tasks and reporting as required.
