Job summary

Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking a highly organised Fire & Security Support Officer to provide administrative support to our Fire & Security team and undertake security shifts in a busy hospital environment. This permanent full-time role requires strong attention to detail, a current security licence, and proficiency with car park systems, access control, CCTV and Windows-based software.

You will roster, resolve patient and visitor concerns, and manage contractors while delivering

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking a highly organised and proactive Fire & Security Support Officer to provide administrative support to our Fire & Security team as well as doing security shifts. This is a permanent full-timeposition.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing rostering assistance
• Quick resolution to patient/visitor complaints
• Contractor management
• Providing a high-volumeof customer service
• Filing and general office duties/management
