Job summary

Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking a highly organised Fire & Security Support Officer to provide administrative support to our Fire & Security team and undertake security shifts in a busy hospital environment. This permanent full-time role requires strong attention to detail, a current security licence, and proficiency with car park systems, access control, CCTV and Windows-based software.

You will roster, resolve patient and visitor concerns, and manage contractors while delivering

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Must have a security licence.
• Expert knowledge of car park systems, access control, CCTV and Windows-based software.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Experience in healthcare, facilities, security, compliance or maintenance administration is valued.
