Job summary

Force Fire Services P/L in Parramatta, NSW, seeks an organised Compliance Coordinator to own compliance documentation and AFSS processes across our fire protection client sites. You will liaise with clients, technicians and certifiers, monitor due dates, track defects, and maintain accurate records of testing and certificates.

This role requires strong communication and detail orientation, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with Uptick or similar software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in compliance coordination or a similar role.
• Understanding AFSS requirements and fire safety legislation.
• Confident communication with clients and internal teams.
• Experience using Uptick or similar field management software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the AFSS process for client properties.
• Monitor AFSS due dates and ensure documentation collected and submitted on time.
• Liaise with clients, technicians and certifiers to obtain required documentation.
• Track defects, non-conformances and recommendations identified in inspection reports.
• Follow up on rectification works and ensure supporting documentation is received.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, including service reports, certificates and testing results.
• Upload and manage compliance documentation through Uptick and client portals.
• Act as a key point of contact for AFSS requirements and documentation requests.
• Work with internal teams to ensure compliance deadlines are met.
• Prepare compliance reports and identify opportunities to improve processes.
