CMS CONSULTING PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Fire Safety Consultant to plan, manage and coordinate all phases of Annual Fire Safety Statements across Sydney. You will conduct fitout reviews and oversee inspections and certifications of Essential Fire Safety Measures while liaising with clients, owners, managers, certifiers and regulators.

The role requires accreditation as an Accredited Practitioner (Fire Safety), strong knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards,

Qualifications

• Accreditation as an Accredited Practitioner (Fire Safety).
• Solid knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage and coordinate all phases of Annual Fire Safety Statements.
• Conduct fitout reviews, focusing on fire safety.
• Inspection and certification of Essential Fire Safety Measures.
• Liaise with clients, building owners, managers, certifiers, fire contractors and regulators.
• Review Engineered Solutions and Occupation Certificates and assess Fire Safety Schedule accordingly.
