Equans Australia & New Zealand is seeking an experienced Administrator/Service Support Coordinator to support the Fire & Mech division in South Australia. Based in Thebarton, you will coordinate stakeholders, manage admin tasks, and ensure timely delivery of services with a focus on attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

The role requires 3+ years in admin or coordination, exposure to fire/HVAC/electrical environments is desirable, and strong financial/commercial awareness will help

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' experience in an Admin or Service Support Coordinator role.
• Experience in Fire, HVAC, electrical, construction, infrastructure or related environment (desirable).
• Strong understanding of administration, commercial processes and compliance requirements.
• High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.

Aufgaben

• Data entry.
• Primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Process bank guarantees, retentions and invoicing requirements.
• Coordinate labour, materials, technician schedules and resources.
• All Admin and support duties for the Fire & Mech division.
