Qualifications

• 5+ years' field experience in commercial/industrial HVAC service.
• Previous leadership or supervision experience.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, coach and provide technical support to a team of HVAC Technicians.
• Supervise service delivery across commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Inspect, test and assess HVAC equipment per standards.
• Identify repair, replacement, upgrade opportunities within contracts.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; manage concerns and resolutions.
• Coordinate workloads, route planning and scheduling.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiencies.
• Review service activities and implement continuous improvement.
• Attend toolbox meetings and safety initiatives.
