Job summary

Equans is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Supervisor to lead our South Australian service team and deliver outstanding outcomes for commercial and industrial clients. You will stay hands-on with technical support, mentor technicians, manage customer relationships and drive service excellence while upholding safety and Australian Standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' field experience in commercial/industrial HVAC.
• Experience leading teams or supervising technicians.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and HVAC codes.
• Current Refrigerant Handling Licence and Restricted Electrical Licence.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, coach and support a team of HVAC Technicians.
• Oversee service delivery across commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Inspect, test and assess equipment per Australian Standards and client requirements.
• Identify opportunities for repair, replacement, upgrade and improvements within existing contracts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service outcomes.
• Proactively manage customer concerns and drive efficient resolutions.
• Coordinate workloads, route planning and job scheduling to maximise productivity.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiencies through time management and resource allocation.
• Review service activities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
