Lumi, a leading fintech, is hiring Relationship Managers to drive growth by converting warm leads and broker referrals into funded loans across Australia. You will manage the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to settlement in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have solid telephone sales experience, can multitask a dynamic pipeline, and excel in building long-term relationships with brokers and SMEs. Fintech or financial services background is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience with telephone-based sales in a B2B environment.
• Experience in business lending is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and multi-task in a fast-paced sales setting.

Responsibilities

• Contacting and qualifying warm leads provided by broker partners and direct customers.
• Taking proposals from first enquiry through to settlement.
• Building relationships with brokers and SMEs across Australia.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to obtain approvals aligned with Lumi policies.
• Operate in a vibrant sales team environment.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen and self-starting attitude.
