Zeller in Australia is seeking a SMB Account Executive to join our Sales team. This entry-level role targets Australian SMEs, focusing on inbound/outbound prospecting, building relationships, and guiding merchants through our payment and business banking solutions.

You’ll thrive on a hands-on approach, be comfortable working remotely at times, and develop your pipeline from qualification to close as you grow with one of Australia’s most exciting fintechs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a BDR/SDR.
• Proven ability to hit quarterly targets.
• Experience with multiple prospecting techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Prospect small to large businesses through outbound methods.
• Qualify inbound leads and nurture pipeline.
• Manage leads and deals in Hubspot with high hygiene.
• Own full sales cycle from planning to closing to exceed targets.
• Translate merchant needs into Zeller solutions.
• Deliver compelling pitches using stories and case studies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product and Ops.
