Finstro is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Sydney Head Office on a full-time basis. You will leverage your network to drive growth, build relationships with brokers, accountants, and partners, and secure funding solutions for clients.

In this role, you will conduct market research, deliver compelling proposals, and ensure seamless onboarding for clients while keeping senior management informed of performance and progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in the business development field within the unsecured commercial lending sector.
• Demonstrable success in exceeding sales targets with evidence of performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through brokers, accountants, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
• Conduct market research and provide insights into industry trends and competitors.
• Deliver presentations and proposals to position Finstro as the best funding option.
• Ensure onboarding for clients and educate them on Finstro’s value.
• Track and report BD activities to senior management.
• Educate clients and partners on Finstro’s product suite.
• Collaborate with the team and update brokers on new applications and product offerings.
