Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Senior Consultant in Sydney to join the Client Success team. You will work with leading financial institutions to solve business challenges and deliver value through technology.

The role suits professionals with 2–4 years in financial services, technology, or consulting who want to advance in FinTech. You’ll participate in onboarding, develop deeper product expertise, and build strong client relationships while contributing to cross-functional projects and growth

Qualifications

• Australian citizen or Australian PR or New Zealand citizen.
• 2–4 years of working experience in financial services, technology, client service, consulting, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Accounting or related majors).

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge across FactSet products and client workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and understand their goals and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve clients' workflows and use of FactSet products.
• Own client initiatives and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Proactively improve client adoption, engagement, and experience.
• Develop commercial awareness to support client retention and growth.
• Manage multiple priorities and own issues from start to resolution.
• Represent client feedback to drive product and service improvements.
• Share knowledge to help team development.
