Responsibilities

• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Assist with menu development, seasonal specials, and new culinary ideas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels, minimise food waste, and assist with ordering.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Contribute to maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for culinary excellence.
