Job summary

First Focus is seeking a Financial Services Technology Consultant to help financial services firms confidently navigate AI, cybersecurity, managed IT and cloud transformation. You’ll lead commercial conversations, build credibility with owners and directors, and translate services into measurable business outcomes.

You'll work with technical specialists while owning the client relationship and ensuring smooth handovers into delivery. Expect a strong pipeline and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience in consultative B2B sales, solution consulting or technology consulting, with sustained exposure to the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial conversations from qualification through to proposal and close.
• Own the client relationship and sales process, coordinating with technical specialists when needed.
• Write clear, commercially credible proposals that explain the business case for change.
• Translate AI, cybersecurity, cloud and managed services into outcomes that resonate with financial services leaders.
