Plan A Technologies is seeking an Executive in Residence (EiR) for our Financial Services practice. This six-month residency targets an experienced SVP/EVP/MD or C-suite leader at the intersection of finance and technology.

The role requires 10–20 hours per week, offering high-stakes technology advisory and introductions to banks, FinTechs, insurers, PE firms, and payment processors. You will leverage your senior network to identify partnerships, advise on market trends, and help shape our

15+ years in financial services.
Senior leadership experience at a major financial services company.
Broad network across banks, FinTechs, insurers, hedge funds, PE firms.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and AI in FinTech.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
