Job summary

Qualifications

Proven experience leading complex Finance Transformation programs.
Strong experience in SAP / Oracle or Workday enabled finance transformations.
Experience with Chart of Accounts redesign, finance process harmonisation and standardisation.
Understanding of core finance processes: R2R, P2P, O2C.
Excellent governance, financial management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Commercially astute with prioritisation and accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery, including planning, governance, milestones and dependencies.
Oversee SAP-enabled finance transformation across systems, processes and operating models.
Manage program budgets, risks, issues and benefits realisation.
Drive alignment across project managers, workstream leads and senior stakeholders.
Provide executive reporting, resolve delivery challenges and maintain momentum.
Ensure business readiness and change activities are integrated into delivery.
