Job summary

Richard Lloyd Recruitment in Sydney CBD NSW seeks a senior finance transformation professional for a permanent role within a global program. You will own the transformation from design through delivery, engaging Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, Procurement and HR to drive outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a professional services foundation and 10+ years in finance transformation, with strong stakeholder management and ERP experience.

Qualifications

CA, CPA or CIMA qualification required.
10+ years of experience with finance transformation.
End-to-end ownership of transformation programs.
Strong project management, governance and stakeholder communication.
ERP experience advantageous; migration experience a strong plus.
Ability to engage at executive level.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end finance transformation across reporting, processes, systems, controls and governance.
Influence senior leaders and direct external advisors and delivery partners to secure program outcomes.
Sponsor finance systems and data initiatives from requirements to go-live.
Maintain accountability for audit, tax, compliance, statutory reporting and control integrity.
Report on progress, risks and issues to senior stakeholders.
