Job summary

Morgan McKinley seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a major enterprise-scale Finance Transformation program. You will steer multiple workstreams, drive SAP S/4HANA deployment, and partner with executives, vendors, and system integrators to deliver change across finance processes and operating models.

You will own the transformation roadmap, manage risks and dependencies, and lead governance and business readiness activities to ensure successful adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale Finance or ERP transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation experience.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary delivery teams and large workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a major Finance Transformation program (discovery to deployment).
• Drive delivery of an enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation and modernisation of finance processes.
• Lead multiple workstreams: ERP implementation, data migration, reporting, master data, chart of accounts, process transformation.
• Manage a large delivery organisation including internal teams, vendors and offshore resources.
• Establish and maintain program governance, executive reporting, risk management and delivery controls.
• Own the transformation roadmap, priorities, dependencies and sequencing.
• Lead business readiness and change management for new processes and operating models.
• Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders on implementation strategy and trade-offs.
