Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within banking or financial services.
• Strong experience across governance, reporting and delivery oversight.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and challenge where required.
• Experience managing RAID, dependencies, milestones, risks and project health.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Owning project and program governance across multiple workstreams.
• Preparing clear and concise reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Maintaining RAID, dependencies, milestones, risks and issues.
• Providing a clear view of overall program health by collating delivery information.
• Coordinating governance forums, including agendas, actions, decisions and follow-ups.
• Tracking key deliverables, milestones and dependencies across projects.
• Identifying emerging risks, gaps and issues and ensuring they are addressed.
• Working across Finance, Technology and business stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Supporting planning, prioritisation and delivery oversight.
• Ensuring projects operate within agreed governance and delivery frameworks.
• Providing senior stakeholders with information and insight to enable timely decisions.
