Job summary

Morgan McKinley seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a major enterprise-scale Finance Transformation program. You will steer multiple workstreams, drive SAP S/4HANA deployment, and partner with executives, vendors, and system integrators to deliver change across finance processes and operating models.

You will own the transformation roadmap, manage risks and dependencies, and lead governance and business readiness activities to ensure successful adoption across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large delivery organisation including internal teams, vendors and offshore resources.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a major enterprise-wide Finance Transformation program within a large, complex organisation.

This is a high-profile transformation involving the modernisation of finance processes, ERP capabilities, data, reporting and the broader finance operating model. You will take ownership of delivery across multiple business and technology workstreams and work closely with senior executives, technology partners and system integrators.

As Program Manager, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major Finance Transformation program, spanning discovery, design, build, testing and deployment.
• Drive delivery of an enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation, replacing legacy ERP capabilities and modernising finance processes and technology.
• Lead multiple concurrent workstreams covering ERP implementation, data migration, reporting, master data, chart of accounts and business process transformation.
• Manage a large delivery organisation comprising internal teams, vendors, offshore resources and system integration partners.
• Establish and maintain strong program governance, including steering committees, executive reporting, risk, assurance and delivery controls.
• Manage system integrators and technology partners, ensuring delivery performance, commercial accountability and successful outcomes.
• Own the transformation roadmap, investment priorities, dependencies, sequencing and delivery planning across business and technology.
• Lead business readiness and organisational change, ensuring the organisation is prepared for new processes, systems and operating models.
• Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders and executives around implementation strategy, risks, solution decisions and investment trade-offs.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a senior transformation professional who has successfully led large-scale Finance or ERP transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.

You will ideally bring:

• Significant experience as a Program Manager / Senior Program Manager delivering large-scale transformation.
• Strong experience delivering Finance Transformation, ERP transformation or enterprise systems modernisation.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation experience.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, data, reporting and operating model transformation.
• Demonstrated experience managing system integrators, vendors and offshore delivery teams.
• Excellent program governance, risk, dependency and executive stakeholder management capability.
• Experience leading transformation through to implementation, deployment and business adoption.
• The ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and delivery levels.
