Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project management, insurance, or financial services.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into actionable delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major Finance Transformation projects, including ERP/GL implementations.
• Drive business transformation outcomes, stakeholder adoption, and finance performance uplift.
• Manage senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Data and Group teams.
• Oversee delivery partners, RFI/RFP processes, and vendor engagements.
• Navigate a large, matrixed organisation with competing priorities and dependencies.
