• Proven experience leading complex Finance Transformation programs.
• Strong experience in SAP / Oracle or Workday enabled finance transformations.
• Experience with Chart of Accounts redesign, finance process harmonisation and standardisation.
• Understanding of core finance processes: R2R, P2P, O2C.
• Excellent governance, financial management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commercially astute with prioritisation and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery, including planning, governance, milestones and dependencies.
• Oversee SAP-enabled finance transformation across systems, processes and operating models.
• Manage program budgets, risks, issues and benefits realisation.
• Drive alignment across project managers, workstream leads and senior stakeholders.
• Provide executive reporting, resolve delivery challenges and maintain momentum.
• Ensure business readiness and change activities are integrated into delivery.
